It is mainly used for its vitamin C content.

Black cumin oil (Nigella sativa) has been shown to exert antiviral and immunomodulatory activities.

Nigella Sativa is very rich in nutritional principles, it contains eight of the nine essential amino acids and over a hundred precious components.

It is an excellent rebalancing of the immune system and detoxifying both at the digestive and intestinal levels.

Hemp flour

Hemp flour is a food with a high nutritional value, because it contains many elements essential for the health of the body: it is in fact rich in fibre, magnesium, potassium, iron and zinc; It also contains high amounts of vitamin E, a very important antioxidant to fight premature aging of cells, promoting tissue regeneration and strengthening our immune defenses.

Hemp seed flour is a food rich in omega 3 and omega 6, fatty acids that are important for our body due to their antioxidant properties.

Hemp flour also contains a lot of soluble fiber and protein. The fibers are present in a percentage of 20%, while the protein content of hemp flour is similar to that of legumes.

Spelled flour

Spelled flour has the same properties as spelled grain, in particular, it is rich in fibre, protein, minerals and vitamins. Furthermore, it has a moderate satiating power and being rich in fibre, the glycemic index of spelled flour is reduced, therefore, it is also suitable in case of diabetes or impaired blood sugar.

Spelled flour is particularly rich in proteins (15.1 g/100 grams of flour) and in group B vitamins. Spelled contains an essential amino acid missing or deficient in many other cereals: methionine, involved in the synthesis of carnitine, cysteine, lecithin, taurine, phosphatidylcholine and other phospholipids.
